Operation description
1 .Mixing
Mixing of raw materials uniform which determined by Formula. Mixing equipment
commonly used in Plough and Chopper mixer. The works principle similar to use of the
plow and chopper (harrow) works by farmer. In a horizontal barrel, the central shaft of the plow constantly flip materials, mixing of materials. And in the side of high-speed rotation of the mixing blade will broke material groups. The uniform Mixing of materials fall from the bottom of the mixer. Material fills in the box. The box with wheels and cover and it can remove. After loading, the box was pushed to the needed place.
2.Bagging of weighing material
Automatic weighing and discharging of material function. The top of equipment is bin.
There is a blender in bin and it will not affect the uniformity of the material. Material will
flow into the hopper through the conveying spiral. Use plastic bags to pack weighing
materials. Ordinary plastic bags, like the kind of in supermarket. The operator will put
plastic bags in the outlet. With the discharging of materials, plastic bags will stretch and enlarge. Then plastic bags will take heat sealing.
3.Hot Press
Put material bags into a square frame, it’s same as the mould size. Push a needling
roller to bags; discharge the air in bags in order to make it flatten. The frame and bags will go into the mould at same time. Then take out the frame and leave the bags inside.
Mould structure shown as below，generally there are two or three cavities，it can press long narrow block 500~600mm each time。After pressing, pull out the punch and long narrow block together, and then take out long narrow block, return the punch to the press.
The press structure is plate and frame, hydraulic cylinder is at the bottom of press, it
has four layer spaces between moulds, working table can move up/down.
At first press need to warm up before it start to work. When the mould is open, it need
put material bags into all four layer mould; the next step is operate the hot pressing and air-bleed, it need about 4 minutes to work.
In hot pressing process, the operator completed the preparation of the foregoing Bag.
4.Inner grinding, chamfer
This machine include two positions, first grinding the inner of long narrow block, then.
5.Cutter
It can cut the width of long narrow block as setting after drying, outer arc location，
wooden mold，many diamond saw blade cut，fast and easy to replace the shaft。Look at the picture as below，cu t from the inner to outside to avoid producing the burrs.
